Can you tell me please whether there is an idiom or proverb in English that expresses that all good deeds will be punished, kindness will be punished (za dobrotu na žebrotu), that the kindness to other people doesnt pay ?

Yes there is. The idiom is:

'good deeds rarely go unpunished'

It's not a happy thought.....
