remember vs remind

A common problem is confusing the usage of remind and remember:

example: "to prevent delays we would remember you to bring all the documentation"
(it should be remind)

Remind actually means: to cause to remember

examples: "Will you remind me to phone the doctor tomorrow?"

or "he reminded me off my brother"
