"to feel up to something"


definition: to feel able to do something, to be in the mood to do something
(mit chut neco udelat; citit se dobre; byt ve sve kuzi)

example: I have a bad headache, I don't feel up to going out today.
A: Do you want to play football? B: Nah, I don't feel up to it

You've got the Czech translation wrong, the definition is given in a positive form
